Use the contact form above for report questions, payment queries, data concerns or help understanding a vehicle result. The more detail you include, the easier it is for the team to connect your message with the right report or check.
Report or payment help
If you have already run a check, include the registration, the email address used at checkout, the approximate purchase time and a short description of the issue. Do not send card details through the form.
- Report not received or hard to open.
- Question about a premium report result.
- Payment receipt or email query.
- Issue matching the report to the vehicle.
Before buying a vehicle
If your question is about a car you are considering, run the relevant check first and then ask about the specific warning. A clear registration result is easier to explain than a general description from an advert.
When to pause a purchase before contacting support
If a report raises a serious warning, slow the transaction down before you message us. Contact support can help you understand the result, but it cannot make a risky payment safe after the money has moved. Unresolved finance, stolen markers, identity mismatches, write-off history, mileage anomalies and seller-document problems should be handled before a deposit, balance payment or collection appointment.
- Do not rely on a seller promising to clear finance after payment unless the settlement route is proven in writing.
- Do not ignore a VIN, registration, colour or V5C mismatch because the vehicle looks clean in photos.
- Do not treat a current MOT as proof that the car is free from history, ownership or finance risk.
- Do keep the advert, report, seller messages, invoice and payment route in one place in case you need evidence later.
